On Wednesday 1st September at 6:30pm, Shiki will be hosting an exclusive sushi and sake evening at The Book Hive on London Street. Admission is £3 on the door and is redeemable against book purchases. There will be an array of books on Japanese cooking and culture to browse and Shun will be demonstrating how to make sushi. Shiki is looking for a conscientious, hard-working individual with outstanding time-keeping and presentation skills to join our team as waiting staff. Duties will mainly involve ensuring customers receive the highest-standard of care possible and the delivery of food promptly and carefully to their respective tables. Previous experience of working in hospitality is desirable.

PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR (REF: NOS/126344)
Shiki requires an administrator to work part-time. Previous office experience is highly desirable and successful applicants will have outstanding organisational skills and be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

WASHER (REF: NOS/126343)
Shiki is looking for an individual to work as a washer. As part of this role the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards for the restaurant and as such will be expected to be highly organised and have impeccable time-keeping.
